Cells of Hell is a private club and reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone. Warning!! Your membership or guest of a member is a license to enter at your own risk. All patrons assume all risk and danger incidental to Cells of Hell before, during, and after meetings, events, meetings, or excursions.
You may experience loud audio, lighting, extremely low to zero visibility, pitch darkness, flashing lights, fog, special effects, wet or damp conditions, physically demanding environments, and sudden actions by others. You should never become a member or enter Cells of Hell if you are pregnant, or you suffer from extreme heart conditions or you are prone to seizures or any severe medical problem or suffer from any type of mental disease.
Do not enter if you are intoxicated, under the influence of illegal drugs or heavy medications. Do not enter Cells of Hell if you are claustrophobic, wearing a cast, medical brace, using crutches, or have any physical limitations. Do not smoke, run, eat or drink in Cells of Hell. There is absolutely no touching of the others, the mechanisms or props inside the Cells of Hell or in the processing area or waiting area. No video or photography is allowed. Your cell phone and all devices will be secured in a locked box and you will hold the key.
You may not be permitted to enter if you are prone to violate rules. You will be escorted out if you do not follow the rules or directions. If you touch another, you will be touched as you are being escorted out of the Cells of Hell.
Cell of Hell is not responsible for any broken or lost items in or outside of Cells of Hell. This includes bones or body parts. You will not be permitted to re-enter the building to look for missing items - please report missing items to Security.
There are absolutely no refunds. Enter The Private Club Your Own Risk.
The member understands that there are inherent risks when participating in a private club such as Cells of Hell and assumes all risks and dangers associated therein. Your membership is revocable and may be taken away and admission refused. A member understands that there is inherent risk involved entering Cells of Hell. Membership holder and their guests voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with participation in this private club. In consideration and acceptance of entrance into this Cells of Hell members agrees to release the operator, affiliates, officers, directors, other members and employees and landlord from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly from attending any event or meeting at this location.
You will be videotaped and your images may be broadcasted with no compensation. By entering Cells of Hell you waive any injury or talent claims whatsoever and accept these terms and conditions. Specifically you claim no copyright interest in your image if used as part of any promotional materials for Cells of Hell or others. You hereby release all broadcast and talent rights.
